Tracy - Head Coach
Tracy has been part of the club since she was nine and now leads the coaching programme across all squads. A Level 3 coach with lifelong involvement in swimming, she focuses on long-term development and supporting swimmers at every stage.
Lee - Assistant Head Coach

Lee supports multiple competitive squads and brings experience as both a former competitive swimmer and current Masters swimmer. He focuses on performance, resilience and helping swimmers push through challenges.

Luke – Swimming Coach (Junior Foundation)

Level 2 Coach and Teacher with 16 years in swimming, Luke focuses on building strong technique and core skills in younger swimmers. He particularly enjoys seeing their progression and enthusiasm develop.

Kristy - Lead Coach;  Junior County, District & Masters Squads

A Level 2 coach and qualified teacher, Kristy works across county, district and masters squads. She focuses on enjoyment, progression and helping swimmers develop a lifelong love of the sport.

Mark – Swimming Coach (Competition Squad)

A former Club Captain and long-time swimmer, Mark brings 16 years of experience to the poolside. He focuses on technique and helping swimmers get the most out of their stroke while enjoying the sport.

Liz – Club President & Coach

Liz has been part of Melton Mowbray Swimming Club since it opened in 1964. Over six decades she has contributed as a swimmer, parent, coach, official, Chair and now Club President, helping generations of swimmers develop both in and out of the pool. She was also the first MMSC swimmer selected to represent Leicestershire.
Jack - Swimming Coach
Jack has been part of the club since the age of seven and brings experience as both a former competitive swimmer and coach. A Level 2 coach and teacher, he focuses on developing swimmers both in and out of the pool.
Matt – Assistant Coach (County & District)

Matt joined the club when his child started swimming and now coaches across County and District squads. A Masters swimmer himself, he focuses on technique and supporting swimmers as they progress.

Rose - Swimming Coach; Development, Junior Competition & Junior County Squads
Rose coaches across development and competitive squads and has been involved with the club for around four years. She focuses on technique, enjoyment and building a strong sense of community within the sport.
Nancy – Assistant Coach (Junior Competition)

Nancy first joined the club as a child and has loved swimming ever since. Now a Masters swimmer, official and Assistant Coach, she is passionate about helping younger swimmers enjoy the sport and build a lifelong love of swimming.

Tref – Assistant Coach (District)

Originally from Zimbabwe, Tref joined Melton Mowbray Swimming Club when his son became a swimmer. With a professional background in education and school sport, he is passionate about using sport to help young people build confidence, resilience and discipline, both in and out of the pool.

Emma – Assistant Coach (Junior County)
A former club swimmer and now Masters swimmer, Emma has loved swimming since she was a toddler. She coaches the Junior County squad, focusing on technique, confidence and inspiring a lifelong love of the water.

Hayley – Assistant Coach (Junior County)

Hayley joined the club in 2022 when her child became a member and now has two swimmers at the club. A former competitive swimmer, she focuses on technique, confidence and supporting each swimmer’s individual journey.

 

Zoe – Assistant Coach (Junior County) Zoe has been with the club for around three years and supports younger swimmers as they develop their technique and confidence. She brings a positive, nurturing approach to coaching.
